i have zte 831 A II modem. I install windows xp sp 3 2010. When i intall driver it says newdev.dll error. what can i do?

ZTE ZXDSL 831 AII is rubbish thing. I used it and after 2 months it stopped working. Then I bought a Netgear ADSL modem cum WIFI router and i newer had a problem with it. GO BUY IT.NETGEAR PRODUCTS ARE BEST.
