Based on official BSNL website, here is the tariff plans for BSNL Dataone Home Internet Broadband Plans as on march 2010. There are 5 plans which is particularly designed for home internet users.
Those are Home Flexi 350, Home UL 750, Home UL 750 Plus, Home UL 1350 and Home UL 1350 Plus. All the plans which is shown is not come under fair usage policy.

I want to know that is there any limit of downloads per month in 750+ ul broadband internet plan ie.,maximum 20 GB per month this type of condition????
