According to this special offer, using dolphin local package MTNL subscribers can make call between MTNL to MTNL mobile numbers at 20 paise/min and other networks 50 paise/minute. Monthly subscription available for dolphin local package at Rs.30

Based on proposed Dolphin STD Package, MTNL subscribers can make STD calls at 75 paise/minute by subscribing dolphin STD package at Rs.75/Month. This promotional offer available for 90 days w.e.f. 02.09.2009.
