Mumbai MTNL Triband slashes monthly service charge for triband unlimited plans & increases monthly free download MBs for other triband plans for both existing & new customers in mumbai circle w.e.f. 15/08/09. Now mumbai MTNL customers will upgrade automatically from 256Kbps to 512Kbps at no cost upgradation from the existing rental with no fair usage policies.
